SportsProfiling.com com is designed to help athletes and coaches evaluate and develop the psychological skills necessary to maximize their athletic performance. Previous research has demonstrated that these inherent traits are vital to success in competitive environments, and due to their stability over time, are also strong predictors of an individual's overall athletic potential.

Sport & Coaching Specialists
John Marshall, Ph.D. is a former professional hockey player and coach who completed his doctorate in psychology after a short career with the Philadelphia Flyers. Upon completing his degree, John served as the sport psychologist for the Quebec Nordiques where he was responsible for the psychological testing and evaluation of prospective players. He is currently the Chairman of the Self Management Group (SMG), which has developed into one of the world's largest and most successful psychometric profiling companies.
Dave Chambers, Ph.D. is one of Canada's foremost leading experts in the art of coaching. Dave has coached at the professional, national, and international levels, and was a professor in the department of Kinesiology at York University until his recent retirement. Dave has published several coaching related books, which continue to garner a considerable amount of attention and international acclaim.
Chris Gee, Ph.D. Candidate is former amateur hockey player who is currently working towards the completion of his Ph.D. in Sport Psychology at the University of Toronto. Chris has delivered several national and international lectures on mental training and has worked with a number of athletes as a mental training consultant. Chris is also a research associate with the Self Management Group in Toronto where he provides insight into the factors that relate to performance in competitive business environments.
Golf Specialists
Henry Brunton, BPE, CPGA is the Head Coach of Canada's National Golf team and was named to Golf Magazine's Top 100 Golf Coaches list in 2005. Henry has been invited to deliver keynote addresses at several international golf conferences and continues to operate the Titleist Center, which is located at Eagle's Nest Golf Club in Vaughan, Ontario.
Rhonda Fleury, BA, CPGA is one of the top female club professionals in Canada and was recently named the Ontario PGA Teacher of the Year within the junior category. Rhonda is the lead instructor at the Titleist Center, which is located at Eagle's Nest Golf Club in Vaughan, Ontario.
Exercise and Fitness Specialists
Brock Picken, BA, CPT is a certified personal trainer and the principal owner of BUF Fitness Inc. Brock has a degree in Applied Health Sciences from Brock University and is therefore extremely knowledgeable in the sport and exercise sciences. Brock continues to actively train clients while also consulting with the Self Management Group on exercise related issues.
