More specifically, the SportPro™ measures an athlete's motivational drive, coachability, pre-competitive state anxiety, competitiveness, team orientation, self-confidence, among other key psychological indicators.

Due to the normative nature of the SportsPro™, an athlete's profile scores can be compared with sport, team, or even positional benchmark scores associated with performance. Consequently, coaches and scouts can evaluate prospective players against already validated benchmarks.
